USInRM CoE Bootcamp

All discussions are conducted under Chatham House Rules, fostering open, candid dialogue in a trusted setting.

Our Bootcamp seminars are immersive, practitioner-focused learning experiences designed to advance insider risk management capabilities through a combination of theory, collaboration, and hands-on application.  They are designed and delivered with our industry partners.

These bootcamps are designed for professionals seeking to deepen their expertise, exchange insights with peers, and strengthen their organization’s ability to detect, investigate, and mitigate insider risk.


The full-day, 6-hour sessions are structured to bring together professionals from across the public, private, and academic sectors in a trusted environment to explore key challenges and best practices in insider risk management, facilitated by subject matter experts.

Morning Session – Foundations and Discussion
 

The morning session focuses on an in-depth exploration of a core insider risk management topic that is foundational to effective investigations.
 

Participants will engage in:
•    Expert-led presentations on theory and leading practices
•    Interactive discussions on real-world challenges and approaches
•    Peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and lessons learned​

Afternoon Session – Practical Application
 

The afternoon session shifts to a hands-on, operational focus, allowing participants to apply concepts in practice.

This includes:
•    Walkthroughs of investigation processes and methodologies
•    Participation in practical case studies and scenario-based exercises
•    Exposure to and discussion of tools and technologies used to support insider risk detection and response

Certification

Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation from the United States Insider Risk Management Center of Excellence and industry vendor, confirming their hours of professional development.
